COVID-19 Studio Guidelines & Policies

The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. The government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Triple Essence Dance Studio adheres to comply.

Please read the following to understand the safety protocols that we at Triple Essence Dance Studio will be taking for your childs safety during these times

COVID-19 Studio Guidelines

OUR DIRECTORS, INSTRUCTORS AND STAFF WILL...

• Provide automatic sanitizing stations in the entryway, dance room and other locations within the premises

• Clean/Disinfect surfaces thoroughly

• Sanitize bathrooms

• Provide Medical Grade HEPA air purifiers throughout the studio.

• Petition off reception desk with protective acrylic shield.

• Close waiting/viewing room to guests. Drop off/pick up only until further notice

• Wear masks and wash/sanitize hands

• Offer online classes if needed.

• Provide online payment options (cash/check payments must be sent in to the studio in a sealed labeled envelope).

WE ARE REQUESTING THAT ALL STUDENTS, PLEASE...

• Stay home if feeling ill.

• Wash hands and use the hand sanitizer before entering and while exiting the studio.

• Wear socks and proper dance shoes in the studio

• Wear a face mask in the studio untill CDC guidelines change.

• Bring only one backpack/dance bag with necessary items like phones, dance shoes and personal belongings. Everything must stay in your bag.

• Bring their own water bottle/disposable bottle for drinking.

• Arrive dressed for class

• Arrive for class & be picked up promptly. Drop off/pick up only until further notice.

• Only be in the studio when they are attending their registered class.
